COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cleveland Kidder m/n PB-1T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cyber-Optics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delphi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cyber-Optics such as the N0260092 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3098141 manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ES10660 by Manufacturer Delphi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand E57LAL12A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Line such as 90015 equipment made by Control-Line have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Line products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Line" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E57AL made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular E51 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLMLDLTP51X5100 by Cognex and 90015 spares by Control-Line are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DM810082501361RH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
